Covid-19 UPDATE

 

During this period of uncertainty, the health and safety of our residents, contractors and staff is of utmost importance and we are following the government advice regarding self-isolation, hygiene and social distancing. BlocNet are continuing to monitor the situation daily.

We continue to manage all of our buildings and have adapted our processes, wherever necessary, to follow the latest government advice. We are regularly in touch with our key contractors who have assured us of service continuity, wherever permissible within the government guidelines and this includes essential reactive maintenance and out-of-hours emergency services.

Our financial and administration processes have not been disrupted as all our staff are fully equipped to work remotely. Whilst we have postponed all face-to-face meetings for the time being, we are offering video conferencing during flexible hours for our clients, contractors and staff and support and assistance to our elderly and vulnerable residents.

Any changes we need to make will be in accordance with government advice and we will be regularly updating our clients on the current situation with regards to the management of their building.
